Specifically, the Ho Chi Minh City Center for Disease Control (HCDC) added people staying/coming from 3 locations related to Covid-19 to the centralized quarantine list when arriving in Ho Chi Minh City including:

– Vinh Yen City, Vinh Phuc from April 26.

– Muong Thanh Hotel, 270 Vo Nguyen Giap, Da Nang City from April 27 to April 29.

– K Hospital, address 30 Cau Buu Street, Tan Trieu, Thanh Tri, Hanoi from April 16.

Thus, according to the announcement of the Ho Chi Minh City Center for Disease Control (HCDC), Ho Chi Minh City is quarantining people from 6 localities that are implementing social distancing according to directive 16/CT-TTg and 14 localities.

In addition, 9 other locations related to Covid-19 have been added to home quarantine, with samples taken for testing upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City.

Ha Nam

– Village 1 Phu Truong, Chan Ly commune, Ly Nhan district, from May 3.

– Cau Khong village, Bac Ly commune, Ly Nhan district, from May 3.

– Gom village, Thuy Loi commune, Kim Bang district, from May 3.

Hanoi

– Hai Dang Restaurant, Dinh Rau hamlet, Dong Duyen hamlet, To Hieu commune, Thuong Tin district, noon May 1.

Thiem restaurant, Lo Voi hamlet, Tu Duong hamlet, To Hieu commune, Thuong Tin district, evening of May 3.

Hai Duong

– An Nhan Dong residential area, Tu Ky town, Tu Ky district, from April 29.

Bac Ninh

– Thanh Lam village/Cuong Trang village, An Thinh commune, Luong Tai district from April 29.

– Hamlet 6/ Hamlet 5, Da Hoi Quarter, Chau Khe Ward, Tu Son Town, from April 29.

– Kieu village, Hien Van commune, Tien Du district, from April 29.

On May 7, Ho Chi Minh City recorded two new cases of infection, `patients 3124`, 3125, who were quarantined upon entry.

2,779 people are in centralized quarantine, 35 cases are in quarantine at home or accommodation.

From April 30, the health sector expanded random sampling and monitoring in high-risk areas such as hospitals, tourist areas, markets, airports, shopping centers, restaurants, bars, and services.

HCDC recommends that people comply with truthful declaration of travel schedules after returning to the city.
