With a series of violations that caused QCHQ to lose the right to manage 3 plots of land, former Admiral Nguyen Van Hien was prosecuted for Irresponsibility causing serious consequences according to Clause 3, Article 360 of the Penal Code, penalty range 7-

The defendants Bui Nhu Thiem, Bui Van Nga, Doan Manh Thao, Tran Trong Tuan (former Deputy Director of Hai Thanh Company) were prosecuted for violating regulations on land management according to Clause 3, Article 229 of the Penal Code, criminal record.

Regarding the case, the defendants Dinh Ngoc He, Pham Van Diet (former General Director of Duc Binh Group Joint Stock Company), Vu Thi Hoan (former Director of Yen Khanh Company) were accused of Fraudulent appropriation.
